By harnessing the power of Microsoft’s most successful technologies, from the familiar Office 365 productivity tools and advanced analytics in PowerBI to built-in artificial intelligence with Cortana Intelligence and Power Apps and Flow (application development tools for the non-developer), Dynamics 365 creates a unified experience across all apps with a Common Data Model. This allows organizations to freely integrate business processes within multiple technologies and extend their business processes.
